The familial relationship between Beta Werewolves Brett Talbot and Lorilee Rohr.

Much is not known about Brett and Lori's early life; it has only been revealed that they were born as Werewolves, suggesting that one or both of their parents were Werewolves as well. They were orphaned when their home caught fire and killed all of their family members, though they were found by Alpha Werewolf Satomi Ito and welcomed into her pack of Buddhist Werewolves, raised by Satomi like her own. She taught them many things, including advanced skills in combat, the practice of stacking rocks and, in Lori's case, speak Japanese.

In the year of 2012, Brett, Lori, Satomi and their packmates were all put in the Deadpool hit-list of supernatural creatures, which put a price in each of them: Brett for $1,000,000; Lori worth $250,000 and Satomi herself being the highest in their pack valued at $10,000,000. Although they lost many packmates, including Demarco Montana and Carrie Hudson, Brett, Lori, Satomi and some more of their packmates survived the list thanks to the help of the McCall Pack and their allies.

Due to losing many to the Deadpool, according to Brett, Satomi had been keeping a low profile for the next months and had not been recruiting more people to her pack. However, this did not stop Brett and Lori from helping the McCall Pack in several problems, such as identifying the new Chimeras of The Dread Doctors and dealing with the resurrected Beast of Gevaudan.

Unfortunately, Brett and Lori became targets once again—this time of Tamora Monroe and her new mentor Gerard Argent, who were slowly building a Hunter Army to kill all supernatural creatures in the world. Tamora poisoned Brett with powdered purple wolfsbane, forcing him to flee to the Underground Tunnels to rest and heal. Although Lori had the help of Scott McCall, Liam Dunbar and Malia Tate, they were outsmarted by Gerard's multiple traps and tactics and when Lori finally found her brother barely alive and attempted to escape with him, they were run over and killed by an amateur Hunter, much to the sadness of the McCall Pack members, particularly Brett's former rival Liam.
