Hydrokinesis is the ability to generate and manipulate water, generally in its liquid form. This power was demonstrated only once, when Scott Mccall and Malia Tate entered Canaan, where Lenore had projected her banshee aura, allowing her to manipulate things inside her without precedent and one of them is that using Caleb she can manipulate water in liquid form, causing the room to fill with water and also causing Scott and Malia to choke on water as if they were drowning without being able to breathe.

Lenore is a Banshee who witnessed an extremely traumatizing event in 1987, in which the Ghost Riders of the Wild Hunt came and captured all the townspeople from a party in her hometown of Canaan, before erasing them from reality, leaving Lenore as the only "survivor". due to the fact that the Wild Hunt didn't mess with Banshees. Her horror at the scene unfolding around her caused her to scream so loudly and powerfully that she created a sort of aura around the entire city, you can also use Caleb to manipulate the water, filling the room with water or causing Scott and Malia to choke as if they were drowning. Giving her an unprecedented amount of control over it as it allowed her to create a version Phantom, by his son Caleb. As well as being able to manipulate objects around her through telekinesis and manipulate electricity in the city, she could also cause illusions and hallucinations in beings that were not banshees, as she did in Scott and Malia, who were a Werewolf and a Werecoyote, where Lydia was immune to its effects due to her being a Banshee.
