Kelsey Asbille Chow is an American actress best known for her roles in One Tree Hill and Pair of Kings. Kelsey began her career in acting with community theater in her hometown of Columbia, South Carolina.
She portrayed the Chimera Tracy Stewart in Season 5 of MTV's Teen Wolf.
