Marti Matulis is an American actor and cinematographer who is best known for his work on projects such as Sci-Fi's Star Trek: Enterprise, Harry Potter and the Ten Years Later and Fox's Sleepy Hollow.
He played a number of antagonists throughout the Teen Wolf series, including The Surgeon in Season 5, the Ghost Rider known as The Outlaw in Season 6A, and the Anuk-ite in Season 6B.
