Tyler Posey is an American actor, musician, producer and director. He is best known for his role as Scott McCall in MTV's supernatural series Teen Wolf.
Posey also fronts and plays guitar in the band Disappearing Jamie, which was formerly called Lost in Kostko. Their first performance was at The Roxy in Los Angeles in 2012. In 2015, he also became a co-producer for Teen Wolf starting in the show's fifth season. He made his directorial debut in the second half of the sixth season of Teen Wolf. In addition to acting in live-action series and films, Posey is also involved in voice acting for cartoon movies and television series.

Trivia[]
- Tyler's mother, Cyndi Garcia Posey, died after a long struggle with breast cancer in December 2014, and the Season 5 premiere episode Creatures of the Night was dedicated to her to honor her memory.
- Tyler is friends with Dylan O'Brien, who plays Stiles Stilinski, and is also close friends with his other fellow co-stars.
- Tyler's father, John Posey, also appears on Teen Wolf and Teen Wolf: The Movie (2022) as Dr. Conrad Fenris, the chief medical officer of Eichen House.
